Starting originally as a warehousing company, Mitsui-Soko subsequently ventured into Port Terminal operations, trucking freight forwarding, shipping and a host of other related services, and today has emerged as one of the leading international freight forwarding companies with a wide network of branches all over the world.

Mitsui-Soko started operations in Malaysia in 1984 with its headquarters in Port Klang and four other branches in Prai, Melaka, Kuantan and Johor. Mitsui-Soko operates several bonded and non-bonded warehouses in key locations within Malaysia, with a total area in excess of 90,000 sq. meters supported by a fleet of bonded trucks.
